1 Corinthians 13

I have been dealing with a few situations where I am finding it hard to forgive. God has graciously helped bring one of those to reconciliation in the last week. Praise Him! But two are still unsettled.
I am praying for the right timing and way to rectify them also.
In the meantime, Ms. Petite let me look @ one of her coaching papers. It contained a letter & in it was a quote from 1 Corintians 13:4-8a (Amplified Bible):
Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it (it pays no attention to a suffered wrong). It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes,is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything (without weakening). Love never fails (fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end).
Please look this up in your preferred version. I know these scriptures in the KJV very well, but the amplified makes an attempt to take into account the full meaning of some of the original words. I was astounded and convicted.
As you can see, I didn't get my week all posted. I was just too busy.
Yesterday, da Dad was home. We spent the day picking up furniture various ppl had said we could have. We are now enjoying a new tv cabinet, sewing cabinet, and I now have a desk to do my school related tasks, etc. at. da Dad did a great job of making my ideas work.
